Are your glutes burning? Mine are and it’s just 10 reps for Day 2. I’ve counted the total number of squats for today and it’s 70 squats! Since there are two exercises that need to be done on each side for 1 rep but in effect you’re doing 2 squats for 1 rep, I didn’t consider it as just 50 reps! So in actuality, the “4 weeks to 200 squats” is actually up to 280!
