Music Mondays: Love Never Felt So Good (Michael Jackson and Justin Timberlake)

As I sit down in front of my laptop and grasp for the right words for today’s featured song, I realize that it’ll never be enough. He has been loved and will be missed. Such was Michael Jackson’s legacy to the world. Music that can move our hearts and soothe our souls.

I remember hearing this song for the first time on radio and thought that the DJ must’ve made a mistake. He’s already dead. Why is there a duet between MJ and Justin Timberlake? But as I listened to the song and heard his voice, it didn’t matter. Dead or alive, Michael Jackson’s music lives on, in our hearts and in our souls.

Here’s to all of you from the great Michael Jackson is a duet with Justin Timberlake: Love Never Felt So Good.

For information about this song, you can find it here the same way I did.

What’s your Music Monday?

Would you rather…

A Beauty Blogger Tag I found from beyondbeautyblogger that I only just found the time to answer. However, I’d like to give my answers piecemeal. Some of the questions are just too difficult for me to answer and need quite some time to digest and think about. Why you ask? Because for a kikay like me, some of these are serious questions!

So for the first question:

Would you rather lose all of your mascaras, eyeliners, lipsticks, and lip glosses or lose all of your palettes and eye shadows?

WYR1

I’d rather lose my eye shadows and palettes.

I’m into eye makeup and love how the eyes can immediately capture anyone’s attention. I like playing around with my eye shadow palettes and blending all the colors. But among all my eye makeup, I’d rather keep my mascaras and eyeliners. I use eye shadow only when I have the time, which I normally don’t. So I stick mainly to emphasizing my eyes through mascara and eyeliner. Plus, I can smudge my eyeliner and use it as eye shadow. 😉

What about the lipsticks and lip gloss? I like them, too. That’s why it’s easy for me to answer this question. I can’t go outside with dry lips so some lip gloss, lip balm, or lipstick is a must for me. I’m also not much of a palette person when it comes to lip makeup. Palettes are only appealing to me if it’s eye shadow palette. For lip makeup, not so much.

REVIEW: Human Nature’s Exfoliating Bar

To scrub or not to scrub.

There’s a new addition to the bath collection of Human Nature. It’s the Exfoliating Bar, which has loofah exfoliants that scrub away dry skin.

Curious as I was, I bought one to try. I’ve always been a body wash user until I switched to Human Nature’s bath line, which only had bars for soap. Personally, I don’t find bar soaps alone efficient enough in the cleaning department. I always feel the need to use a loofah, a soft towel, or sponge to scrub myself with. I tried a bar soap with oat bits before, but found it bad for my diet since I get hungry every time I use it, but that’s beside the point. 😉
